【岗位职责】本份实习将会涉及各个HR团队的工作，包括Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation和Employee Relations。具体职责将会根据团队的不同而有所不同，大体包括：
1.    Schedule and prepare the interview session
2.    Employee profiles management
3.    Execute other projects and duties as needed
4.    Intern tracking and management

【岗位要求】
1.    Excellent communication, presentation and training skills
2.    Strong time management, prioritization and the ability to adhere to deadlines
3.    Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with diverse people
4.    Ability to translate ideas into action and work in a fast-paced team environment
5.    Research and analytical skills

【工作时间】
实习期四个月，每周四天，工作时间灵活不！打！卡！

【工作地点】
东三环北路27号嘉铭中心（地铁10号线）

【岗位福利】
实习薪资100-150元/天

This internship experience will allow individuals to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to real-world Human Resource experiences.
